Can anyone help me with my camera? I've called the Roku Support number and I've attempted to chat with an agent for the past three days now and Roku is absolutely no help. My camera will not setup or scan the QR code and I don't know why. I've cleaned my phone screen, I've cleaned the camera lens, I've turned my screen brightness all the way up, I've held the camera close to the QR code, I've held it farther away from it, I've factory reset the camera, I've clicked the setup button a million times and I've heard "Ready to connect" probably double that amount, yet it NEVER connects. I have made sure the camera is under the exact same network that my phone is connected to, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Smart Home app, I have restarted my phone, I have done literally EVERYTHING. Nothing works. I feel my money has been wasted, and this company will not help me troubleshoot. Please help.
