Roku indoor camera wont turn on

My Roku camera has a power interruption, unfortunately Roku does not consider this to be worthy of a notification so I did not know my camera was off for over a week.  Anyway, the power and Wi-Fi was restored to my home but the camera won't turn on.  I can't turn it on or restart it through the app.  When I try the "restart" the app shows, "Something went wrong. Please try again." I've tried again over and over.
