Have you tried to check under events recordings on your Smart Home mobile app if it is enabled? You can find it in the top right corner of the app and look for the funnel icon. Select the events recordings and check if it is enabled. If not, we highly recommend it.
If the issue still persists after it has been enabled, please let us know, and we'll go from there. We'll be looking forward to your response.
