We appreciate you letting us know about the issue with your Roku Smart Home camera, which is not connected to the internet and just keeps flashing red and blue. Don't worry, help is here.
When the Roku camera status light flashes red and blue, it means it is trying to connect to your Wi-Fi. We highly suggest you try the troubleshooting steps below and see if this works for you.
Test your Wi-Fi range:
- Tap Home from the navigation bar
- Select your device
- Tap Settings
in the corner
- Select Device info
- Check the three bars to see the signal quality
If your device has no bars or one bar, try moving or mounting it closer to your router.
Restart your camera:
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
Restart your modem and router by unplugging it into the power source or wall outlet for 10 seconds. Wait until it completely load before you connect again your camera.
