  • Hi Skbjrd007,

    Thank you for the update!

We are happy to assist you further with this case. Thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps we suggested above.

If multiple devices do not detect the microSD card, then it may be corrupted. However, we recommend trying the following:

    1. Reformat the current microSD card.
    2. If the issue persists, replace the microSD card with a working one.

Thank you for your understanding. Please keep us posted.

    Regards,
    Riamie

    Hi Skbjrd007,

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thanks for reaching us about the issue of your Roku camera that is not working with the SD card.

To start, we would like to know what size of card and device is being used.

    Please note:

    • Outdoor wireless cameras can only take up to 32GB in the camera or Base Station
    • All other cameras are verified up to 256GB (Higher may still work)

Here are some steps that we recommend you to try:

    • Make sure the SD card is in the proper direction and seated correctly (pushed all the way in and in the correct direction)
    • Try another SD card in the camera
    • If another SD card is not recognized by the camera, please let us know.

We look forward to your response so that we can look closely into the issue.

    Regards,
    Riamie
