how do I get a subscription in order for me to have video again instead of the images that its been taking?

I am having same issue now for at least a week. I have 6 cameras and a wired doorbell. All cameras work fine but doorbell only takes picture. I have event recording turned on. Doorbell is also on my subscription account for 99 cameras.

I have passed along your concerns to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.
In the meantime, can you please provide us with your mobile device brand, model, and OS so we can better understand the issue you are experiencing?
