Charging issues please help me troubleshoot

My doorbell camera isn’t charging…I have tried numerous cords with no luck. This is a problem as I have not had this device very long!!!!

Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for posting regarding your Roku Smart Home Doorbell Camera not charging.

It looks like you have tried using different cords to charge the camera, but have you tried using another power adapter when charging the Roku Smart Home Doorbell?
