We understand you're having a problem with the Roku camera since it will not record. We're happy to help. Ensure that the Roku Smart Home app and camera firmware are up to date. Ensure that motion and sound are turned on in the Events Recording setting. Check if there are no event recording schedules. Restart the modem and router, and ensure that the camera is connected to the network and receiving enough connection.
