I PAY FOR PEACOCK THRU ROKU AND IT HAS ME AS A FREE CUSTOMER. SO i WILL CANCEL THE SUBSTRICPTION ON ROKU HOW AOBUT THAT. Y'ALL NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Its a service from Roku so you do not have to go to different sites. But sometimes the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing unfortunately - so you are technically forced to go to 2 sites. You are on the right track to cancel the account done via Roku (you'll be reimbursed - at least that's what they did to my account) and set up an account directly in Peacock. Then all you have to do is sign in to your new account if prompted on your Roku device. Good luck!
