I found a solution to Roku not shipping/delivering products ordered.
Contact your bank/credit card/financial institution and open a case for fraud, item not sent/delivered, and you will get your money back wether you finally get your item or not, because roku doesnt have a department that talks to banks and that automatically wins your case.
