We understand your concern about your account's forgotten PIN. Don't worry—there's a way to reset it. If you have access to the account linked to your Roku TV, we can simply reset it by going to your Account. If you're unsure what email is activated on your TV, Here's how to check it: Go to Home > Settings > System > About. If you don't have access, we highly suggest Factory resetting and creating a new account. To factory reset a device go to Home > Settings > System > Advance System Settings > Factory Reset.
