I apologize although I'm an older roku user (15 years or more), I forgot my monthly fee and which day each month I'm billed? Any idea?
I have three roku Ultras 4660
I can't find the billing information ...

Log into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About and any subscriptions you have through Roku will be displayed there. If you have multiple Roku devices, you may have multiple Roku accounts, so check the email address on each one and log in using each email address.

I checked 'my subscriptions' and I have none listed there .... (except a weather service)
I don't see any regular monthly charges ...
@carpentermate, there's no monthly fee to simply use a Roku device, but there are plenty of scams out there. I hope you haven't fallen victim to one of them.
Do you mean a monthly fee like through a cable service, like Comcast or Spectrum or maybe Dish?
Like @renojim said, there is no monthly fee for using the devices unless some cable service is using them as rentals, like Spectrum/Comcast does with Xumo. I am not aware of any cable/dish service doing that though. Hopefully it is not true, but that sounds like a scam otherwise.
