hopefully you can assist I have a dirt vision platinum membership, which I watch on Roku, I paid this subscription directly to Dirtvision in February 2021, For some reason this month roku has charged me for a monthly subscription of $42.39 I have since cancelled that subscription however I have NEVER subscribed since I am already a platinum member & didn't authorize it. I have called my bank trying to reverse that charge unfortunately they cannot assist since it has already come out of my account. Can this please be looked into and having that charge for June reversed & credited to my credit card account? I shouldn't be charged for something I already have. Also, check your Roku account to see if you have a subscription listed there. Sometimes people have an account someplace, and they fire up an app on Roku, and start a subscription there, too. There are many ways/places to subscribe to video content and they pretty much all know nothing about each other. So you could have a Roku subscription, a firestick sub, a cable company sub, a direct-via-the-internet sub all to the same thing and none of them know about the others.

You'll have to contact Roku at https://support.roku.com/contactus and try to get your money back. They'll tell you this as well, but add a PIN to your Roku account at https://my.roku.com/account/pin .

This is how user friendly roku and this site is, I can't even delete or edit anything here on this thread. embarrassing for roku that they have no customer support & their threads are unmanageable. It's impossible to reach anyone or even delete this thread. Smh! So disappointed
