Re: Getting charged for Peacock, not subscribed/unable to cancel

A warm welcome to the Roku Community, @1515.

Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention about your Peacock charge. However, you can't access the app. We're here to help.

How do you access Peacock? Is it through The Roku Channel or directly to the stand-alone? If you signed up for Peacock through Roku, you can access the app through "The Roku Channel." Some channels inside "The Roku Channel" automatically sign you in, and most require you to sign in to access your paid content. However, if you signed up for Peacock directly, you should access your subscription through the standalone Peacock app.

For more detailed information, please visit this support article: How to sign in to watch movies and TV shows

We hope this helps. Let us know if you need more assistance.

All the best,
Emman

@robbinrufuslync I have no idea what Roku prefix is.  If you have a question or problem with your MLB and/or Peacock  subscription and subscribed through Roku login to your Roku account on a computer and click on the support tab.  Select Accounts, Payments & Subsciptions.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and find agent support options.

Hi, @Karlamorse.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thanks for letting us know about being unable to access your subscription. We'd like to know more about this.

Where are you subscribed? Is it via Roku or directly to the channel provider? If you had an account with your provider prior to purchasing your Roku device, the username and password associated with your subscription are managed directly with your channel provider.

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to sign in to watch movies and TV shows

We'll wait for your response.

Regards,
Reynan
