Unauthorized Charge/No Customer Support

There is a charge on my credit card for AcornTV and I never signed up for it!  There is no way to reach a live agent! Help!

I had ordered a showtime subscription for Black Friday special for .99 however I was charged the full price. I am requesting a refund
