Unable to pay by credit card; to send support email request, & telephone support button greyed out!

As soon as I enter all my particulars, including credit card details, software responds by saying "forbidden". Tried multiple times.

Put all this in an email and when pressing send, the software said "illegal request," or something like that.

The online telephone support button is greyed out, so no support that way and of course the direct telephone support number is engaged.

So - zero support! And a useless device because without an active account it will do nothing...
