I had Roku devices installed on multiple TV's in my home and they were working fine. I sold the house and the new buyers purchased the TV's and the Roku devices that were connected. I moved to a different state and set Roku up in my new house with no problem. Everything works fine for me.
I just received a call from the buyers of my previous house saying they can't watch TV because all the Roku devices are attached to my account. How can they remove my account and have the Roku's assigned to their account?

They have to factory reset each Roku device and create their own account. You should unlink those devices from your account at https://my.roku.com .
