The roku device I received was never able to power on. After weeks of trying to get in contact with support a representative told me to ship the device to the warehouse in order to have it replaced. No address was provided. My device never worked so I was unable to link to an account and return it in the matter which the return instruction article states. Roku Express (3930, 3931 series) Please help. Thanks in advance
