TV Broke, can’t cancel Warner media subscription

The Warner Media subscription was signed up using our Roku TV which is now broken. It didn’t ask for an email address at sign up so it isn’t synced up when I try creating a Roku account. Now I have no way of accessing the subscription to cancel. I am being charged $22.25 every month and I need to cancel. Please help!

@Mandyjim26 The Warner Media subscription should be linked to the email address that was used by your Roku TV.  Try logging into Roku on a computer or phone using that email address.  If you created a new Roku account to post here the subscription will not be linked to that account.

You could also try logging into you Warner Media subscription on a computer and if successful you should be able to find where you are being billed.

Re: TV Broke, can’t cancel Warner media subscription

When I signed up it never asked me for an email address. It only took my credit card info. So when I try to login using my email address it does not show an active subscription. I still need help figuring this out. I can’t get thru to Roku via phone. I am considering calling my credit card company to see if I can block the charge as a last resort.

What email address are you trying to use and on what site?  Assuming the charge is showing "Roku for Warner Media" or something like that, you should be trying to log into https://my.roku.com using the email address that the TV's Roku account used.  If you don't know what that was, you may have no other choice but to block the charge.  If the description of the charge doesn't mention "Roku", then you would need to go through Max to cancel the subscription.

The only other advice you'll get here is the standard "contact account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus" which you've probably already tried.
