Support topics get me caught in a loop. I need a roku human for unknown charges!

I've tried all the online support suggestions and it only takes me around in circles.  I need a real contact phone number to talk to a real human.   I have 2 charges that don't match any purchases, nor do any purchases show up in my account.   This is a very inconvenient site!
