Has anyone had issues with your free trial being billed to you and then not getting a refund?
I was supposed to get a free trial of a subscription, but it ended up billing me automatically. I went to find out if i could get a refund for it, since it was a mistake on their end, but everything I reads said that ROKU does not give refunds? Is this true? How do i contact customer service about this?

To reach customer service, go to the Roku customer support page, click on contact us, then accounts, payment & subs, and then check the next section and you should be able to chat/talk with Roku support. I can't say how successful you will be at getting a refund.
You can also log into your Roku account and click manage subscriptions and see if you have a subscription listed that you may have accidentally subscribed. I would also suggest setting up a pin number for preventing accidental/unauthorized purchases.
In addition, if you haven't turned off auto-renew, subscriptions will re-subscribe and charge you.

I want a refund the only subscription I want was Starz and MGM. I didn't renew anything else. So why did you take 61 dollars out of my account. I don't need to pay 61 days to watch TV. Please reply. I don't ask you to renew everything . Don't want it or need it.
