Is there any hope of actually contacting an agent. Because I am going round in circles getting nowhere
There are a number of posts with links from the Roku moderators that link the customer support page. Just do a search for those or go directly to the customer support page to contact them.
But you can't 'contact them', that's my point. It just goes around in circles and brings you back here to the discussion board - which doesn't have the information I need. So, I say again - is there any way of contacting an actual person? Because I'm very frustrated and unhappy with the whole Roku experience.
@Popston If you login to your account on a phone or computer and select support options. once you find your subscription you should have an option for agent support, contact us which is available Mon-Fri during normal business hours. One choice is a phone call. Often the option is at the very bottom of the page.
I keep getting charged, yet roku says i have no billing information on file. You can never get a live human
I have been getting billed monthly for this service and have not been able to get access to this streaming channel for so long it’s a total extortion of my account.
