I subscribed to disney plus on my roku device, its been charging me monthly i know the account is active it shows it under my subscriptions page and it has charged me monthly cause I can see it on my purchase history but when i try to log in it says there is no account with that email
How are you attempting to access Disney+? Via the Disney+ channel app, or via The Roku Channel?
Both the app and the roku channel say no email found

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel provider. We suggest reaching out to Disney+ support to report the issue and get help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
