Starz Streaming service Paid through Roku - Starz app keeps saying go to Setting/Manage Devices

Jump to solution

I paid for Starz through Roku 1 year because Starz offered a year Subscription for 24 bucks. So I loaded the Starz app on my Roku Express TV it allows me to sign in to the Starz app recognizes my Name and subscription. But I click on a movie any it keeps saying you need to go to setting on Starz app and manage Devices. I read online that Starz allows up to 3 devices at any time online. FYI I have 8 TV's (Don't laugh LOL) I think the Starz app is on every TV. Now, I'm only one here watching TV. I never have more than one TV on at a time. So I went to Starz website Setting Manage Devices and deleted everything. I still get this annoying message to manage devices on Starz. I really don't want to give up but they have good movies and series no commercials all for 24 bucks. I don't like everything with them. But I don't want to loose the service. Can anyone give me some advice. I did try to remove the Starz app from each of the 8 TV's then was going to put it back on only one. Then reset and try to see if I get the same message Setting Manage Devices. Please help! Thank you!

It's offering me $2.99 for 3 months but it's still trying to pull $10.99 out of my account.
