Ever time I sign in the response is always my email is not valid

As a first step, could you try clearing your cookies or cache or reloading the web browser, or using a different browser to access Do you have a computer you can access the website with? 

In addition, if you're still having trouble signing in to your Roku® account, you can regain access by requesting a password reset to the email associated with your Roku account.

Do you have a Roku device that is working?  If you do on that device go into settings, system, about.  The email listed on the device should work to sign into your Roku account.
