@Umpyblue47 I think you accidently posted this twice. You can log into your account and see what subscriptions you have. You can also reach out to customer support on Roku's support page, account & subscriptions, and select the issue you are having to contact them.
If you didn't sign up for those subscriptions, it is possible someone has hacked your card information, I would also suggest contacting your bank/credit card company and let them know.
