Can anyone help or has had the same issue that I am having? My issue is i subscribed to Disney plus through roku and I now want to unsubsidized and when I go on my.roku.com to manage subscriptions it says I have none active so why am I still being charged? I just saw that roku had a issue with being hacked and information got out. I think it could have happened to me but I only see a Disney charge of $10.34 each month so I am questioning it but I can't get rid of this. Hope someone can help or point me in the right direction thanks
Have you tried logging into the Disney app and managing your subscription there?
You can go to the Roku support page, contact, and select accounts&subscriptions and then select the issue and you should be able to get chat or phone support there.
i'm currently in the same battle!
neither Roku or Disney can find active account...and when contact the bank - they just offer to cancel my card - which is used to pay many other bills.
on here looking to see if others having the same issu.

another call to Roku may get me results:
I was told the agent has "escalated" my issue and given a case number ( however I was told this months earlier too) -
He also Canceled the other 2 Channels I was subscribed to for me - which I verified..but he can't do it for the Disney account 😡. BTW - Disney does NOT show up in my active subscriptions _ but Roku Invoiced our account for the payments 👿
Next step he suggested: change (delete) my current payment method.
Next: He suggested I DON'T RENEW the other channels via Roku - but do so DIRECTLY with the channels. (paramount, Peacock)
I will update later - Hopefully these steps work!
I will not go back to giving Roku access to making payments for other channels for me...not worth these hassles!
Now I have to see if I get refunded for severals months of payments to Disney.
Also - We will never Renew with Disney!! they claim I don't have an active account - but have taken the $$.

If you don't have an active account, someone has most likely hacked your card. I would take your bank's suggestion and get another card.
Please let me know if you’ve had an update! I am in the exact same boat. Roku won’t cancel bc they say Disney has their own process. Disney won’t cancel bc they say they can’t find the associated charge. And I’m still getting billed every month.
@engineergirl Contact your bank/credit to get the charge blocked if you have an unauthorized charge.
