Roku for CBS Interactive Charge

I signed up for Paramount+ on my Roku TV. I would like to cancel my subscription, however, when I follow the steps to cancel on my TV (highlight the channel, press the asterisk - it does not show that I have a subscription*.) It also does not show on my Roku account under subscriptions or billing history. I'm still being charged $12.99 monthly, I still have access to Paramount+ and when I sign into Paramount+ online under subscriptions it says "You signed up on your Roku. To make changes:..." then lists steps to cancel on my Roku TV. How do I cancel Paramount+?

*on the Paramount+ app it does give me the option to upgrade my plan BUT not cancel it. This is unethical and deceptive. It is unfair business practice to deliberately hide the cancellation process or make it unreasonably difficult. 

Why is it impossible to find contact info for Roku Support?

There's two ways to access Paramount+ - one is with their standalone app and one is through "The Roku Channel" app.  You can add tiles to the Home Screen for both (search for Paramount under Streaming Store).  Does either give you the option to "Manage subscription" when you highlight it on your Home Screen and press * on your remote?

Roku support, as it were, starts at https://support.roku.com/contactus.  Choose the option for account/payments and there should be an option to call or chat, but the weekend may not be the best time to reach a human.
