They replaced my 4k unit with a basic Express unit and every agent tells me it's the "upgraded one" then they disconnect with no accountability or review system. If you ask for a supervisor, they disconnect.
To be clear it's a basic Roku Express not the Express 4k or higher.
There's absolutely no avenue for actual support anywhere. Phone says it's just for new device setup, contact chat for help.
