What the heck, Roku??? I just opened the replacement you sent for the broken 4K Streaming Stick and it is USED. The unit doesn t work because the remote control is used. The attached pictures show that crumbs are in the remote keys, that the batteries are dead, and the remote is non-functional with new batteries and can t be paired with the Roku Device. I did not get a new Roku device, as I should have. Send me a WORKING device, as your warranty states or I WILL be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
