Same issue. This is a very underhanded practice to make customers go through a bunch of trouble in hopes they will give up.

Same situation as others here. Signed up while on vacation so can’t access Roku account. Online, Roku says no subscription, Fubo says manage thru Roku. I’ll dispute the charges if necessary.

@Katielinco If I understand your post you entered your credit card and signed up for Fubo on an account that is not yours.  So when you login to your Roku account it shows no subscriptions.  If this is correct you need to contact whoever owns the account you signed up on.  If your credit card is on that account and you can not access that account any charge to that account will go to your credit card.  If you can not contact the account owner you will likely need to cancel your credit card.
