I purchased a Roku Streaming Stick 4K 3820R2 and the charge went to AMEX flagged as a recurring charge. AMEX says Roku flagged it as such and cannot change that status as the transaction came in that way. I've tried to get to the support page but just get the spinning wheel on multiple browsers.
How can I resolve this? I'm not paying for this device more than once!
If the support page doesn't work and there's no tel. number, where's the support?
