Problem with order check-out and payment information

I have an roku express in my cart and when I proceed to check out I’m prompted to update my payment info. I have an account with credit card information already saved with roku. I update the blank boxes and then get an error when I try to proceed to the next screen to complete the purchase. I need some help. I tried calling support as well as online chat and they were unable to help me process this order. I just want to make a purchase. Does Roku want to make a sale?

I had the exact same problem recently.  I decided to go to Best Buy and purchase the device instead.  The good news is that I was able to get the device the same day.
