Prepay yearly plan promotion

The prepay yearly plan promotion that hbo has applies to new and existing customers for hbo max. Roku is not offering that to me when i try to switch plans, just the non promotion price is offered. Any thoughts on how to switch to the promotion price?

If you're paying through Roku I doubt you can get it. You'll probably have to cancel your Roku subscription to HBO Max and subscribe directly with HBO.
