Go to the Roku customer support page and select contact us and go to accounts&subscription and select your issue.  You should then have an option to chat/phone with Roku.

I would not trust a posting about a phone number here unless the actual Roku moderators post that information.

Roku does not do a create job at illustrating how to get customer service for issues as this is mainly a community forum for users to help other users.

I'm not a Roku Moderator.  I'm a frustrated Roku customer. And I understand if you don't trust anyone else except someone from Roku. But I've called the number I have and I have always been able to speak to a real person.  And they've always been able to help me.  And I'm just trying to help you.  The number I've called is 1-816-272-8106. Give it a shot.
