I’m trying very hard to remove my Peacock subscription. Peacock told me to cancel via Roku as it is billed by Roku.  I am unable to find the subscription in my Roku subscriptions. All I have showing is Hulu from 2021. I don’t have Hulu anymore. HELP please!

I also have ESPN thru Roku and it’s not showing either on my subscriptions. My credit card is being billed what’s the deal why it’s not showing on my subscriptions?

Make sure you're logging in at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.  If you have more than one Roku device or ever had another device that you got rid of, you may have more than one Roku account.  Check the email address that's displayed on each device.

I've only had just one roku account,  so I don't understand why my peacocktv.com account isn't showing up,  when it clearly shows its billed thru roku at the top of the page

@Ulijimroth If you have Peacock installed on a Roku device go to settings, system, about and check the email listed.  Login to your Roku account on a computer using that email account.  If that is your only Roku account and Peacock is billed thru Roku it should be listed.

To ensure you are accessing Peacock correctly, please note that there are two ways: through the standalone app and the Peacock channel on Roku. You can try both options and use your credentials to log in. For more information, please visit the section on managing or canceling subscriptions through Roku.
