Paid for peacock subscription renewal and still says I need to pay

So I just paid to renew my peacock subscription but it's not updating in my Roku account so I still can't watch. When I go to the app it says I still need to pay.

We will be more than happy to further investigate this issue. How are you trying to access the channel? Is it a standalone channel, or is it inside the Roku channel?
