No one is responding at https://support.roku.com/contactus

Hello,

I have been watching the loading button spin for hours (total off & on) at https://support.roku.com/contactus/contact-options trying to discuss a charge on made on my account for a replacement Roku device that never showed up.  This unresponsive page situation has happened before on other days.  Is there any real support for this company?

Thanks in advance for any help

@IDKwhoIare

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried using another browser to see if you are experiencing the same issue? Have you also made sure to sign into you Roku account on the Support website prior to making a selection on the Contact Us page?

Please keep us posted what you find out and we will be able to assist you further.

Thanks,
Danny

Re: No one is responding at https://support.roku.com/contactus

Hi Danny,

Thanks for the response.

Yes I have tried different browsers and different devices also but still get the same hung-up page that is "loading".  I did sign in through the Support website.

Is there a Billing department that is represented by human Customer Service Agents and a phone number, Live Chat or email as a contact method that is more direct and skips that part of this site that is not working?

TIA, IDK

Re: No one is responding at https://support.roku.com/contactus

Are you running any form of content blocker?

If I turn off javascript (using noscript) for zendesk.com, then it will spin on loading forever for me as well.  However, as soon as I permit javascript for zendesk.com, then the loading circle appears for about 1/3 of a second and then I see the chat, email, phone options.

I wonder if an ISP could be blocking Zendesk?

To Roku: this seems to come up enough, that I think it would be wise to give the options for chat, email, phone, prior to actually loading (and depending on) the javascript from zendesk.com
