@Whmedders if you are asking about how to extract yourself from Roku, just cancel the account.  If it is to avoid charges from channels or apps that you have not or do not want, I was told to just change my PIN.  That is what support offered but alias, another unauthorized charge by a service I have never signed up for, and they have no record of me.  Only Roku on an invoice page.  Bank will be canceling card for a second time if Sling doesn't do the right thing.  All over the web going back years, there is complaint after complaint.  It's a shame.

I am having the same issue with two channels. My Roku account says I have no renewed subscriptions. Where do I go to see if I have more than one account through Roku because they are being paid through my pay pal account every month. I have no idea where to enter Home Settings System About.  where in the roku account it that available. I am ready to cancel everything to go with roku and use a different streaming service.

Home Settings System About is the main menu on any Roku device. It's not found in your Roku user web account. This menu shows your Roku device model number, serial number, and some other information.

How to contact Roku Support? Need help in cancelling a subscription

Hey everyone,

There are different ways to manage or cancel subscriptions, depending on how you signed up for them:

  • App subscriptions through Roku: Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions to manage or cancel your subscription. You can also do this directly on your Roku device, but not through the Roku mobile app.

  • Disney+, Hulu, or Sling TV subscriptions: Contact Disney+ (888-905-7888), Hulu (877-824-4858), or Sling TV (888-394-6698) directly for management or cancellation, or for billing questions, even if Roku is billing you.

  • App subscriptions: Contact the streaming service directly for support.
