Hello- I just got a charge for the My USB channel and have a PIN required for purchases. I am the only person who knows the pin and didn’t make this purchase. I have never even seen the channel and have no use for its services. It seems like this could be fraudulent or an error. Does anyone else see the same thing on their account?
Ive sent an email to Roku support. We’ll see if they are helpful at all.
You can log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions (using the email address shown via Settings > System > About) to review the subscriptions you have through Roku and confirm whether Roku thinks you're subscribed to My USB through them.
