My IFIT subscription still charging me after being cancelled
Hello, I had cancelled my iFIT a couple weeks ago. I was still charged on 10/15 for a month. I verified with iFIT everything was cancelled and they stated to contact ROKU as they are charging me for it. I am trying to get refunded as I cancelled my plan in advance but there doesn’t seem to be a number to email address to contact ROKU directly. Any help would be appreciated
Check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . If you have more than one Roku device check the email addresses that show under Settings->System->About. More than one person has unwittingly created multiple Roku accounts. If you do have multiple accounts you'll want to log in at https://my.roku.com using each email address to check your subscriptions.
