Is there a way to renew Roku services without using a phone?

I have e-mail and a phone message telling me I new to renew my Roku services but all I can find are the streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc. I don't need any help with those.

Where is the Roku renew??

@Torvar, that is almost certainly a scam.  I've never heard of Roku calling anyone.

Roku does not charge for service. In particular, they NEVER call you. You would get email at best. I would bet 10000000000000000:1 that it is just scam callers.
