@Blove, check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions and your purchases at https://my.roku.com/account/purchases .  If you have multiple Roku devices you may have multiple Roku accounts and you'll have to log in under each account.  You can see what account a Roku device is linked to by checking the email address displayed under Settings->System->About on each device.

Re: I need assistance with account and billing issue

If I am already paying for ROKU why would I also have to pay for ACORN? I thought they would come together

Re: I need assistance with account and billing issue

@stormy12, what do you mean by you're already paying for Roku.  Roku is free to use, however many channels/apps require their own subscription (like Acorn).  Some things can be paid for through Roku, but there's no charge to just set up a device and there's plenty of free, mostly ad-supported, content out there.

You can check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions and purchases at https://my.roku.com/account/purchases using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About to log in.  If you account doesn't show any subscriptions or purchases then tell us more about what you're paying for.  Of course you have to purchase the device in the first place, but that's a one-time charge.

I have Fox Nation.  I am billed by ROKU for Fox and also by Fox.com.  Why are both charging my credit card?

Re: I need assistance with account and billing issue

@mary_hoffman, it's possible, and all too easy, to subscribe to a service directly with the provider as well as through Roku.  You can cancel your Roku subscription at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions .
