I cant reach Roku to stop Billing for no reason

Roku keeps trying to bill me for a  subscription I dont have. Every day almost. They try make a withdrawal from my checking account. I have went in circles trying to use the suggested help. I cant get any help. I am forced to keep money out of that accout so Roku wont steal. Pleas help.
