In a 2.5 hr phone call with multiple roku Representatives, i cancelled my disney plus billed thru Roku. It was a redundant subscription in my home
All of the representatives ASSURED me that it was cancelled, and that i would be refunded for the subscription charge. NOW, another $18.25 charge shows up.
What the heck? This is like fraud slamming. Im going to have to call again, and also report roku to the federal trade commission. This is ridiculous.
Anybody else have this issue?
