Hi, my roku account shows no active subscriptions, but I just received an unwanted renewal of a crave subscription I received through Roku. I followed the link from the invoice email and the account attached to that email still shows no subscription on both my Crave account and Roku account. How do I solve this? I no longer wish to pay for crave. I can’t seem to be able to cancel it through my tv, either.
Did you verify the date of the charge (not the date it appeared on the bill, but the date associated with the "purchase") was after the "Subscription ended" date on the Roku Subscriptions page?
