I've been on You Tube, and on the ROKU forums on Facebook. I've seen all kinds of different phone numbers and one question always comes to me: WHY isn't the ONE Customer Service number that actually connects you to a human? The answer is now apparent: ROKU can't be bothered.

I have never subscribed to any of the pay channels only time they ever been used was by the subscriber when visiting. It's been 5 almost 6 month's and I need roku to refund my money..

I've been trying to call and talk to some one the automated service keeps directing me to go through this I need to talk to someone to get this straight.
Check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . If you have multiple Roku devices check on each one for the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About and use that address(es) when you log in.
The only answer you'll get here is to contact support at https://support.roku.com/contactus/ for your billing issues.
