Hey, ROKU WHY are y'all so hard to reach? Why do y'all keeping shirking responsibility.

I've been on You Tube, and on the ROKU forums on Facebook. I've seen all kinds of different phone numbers and one question always comes to me: WHY isn't the ONE Customer Service number that actually connects you to a human? The answer is now apparent: ROKU can't be bothered.

I've have been charged for the last 5months for and subscription I don't have..

I have never subscribed to any of the pay channels only time they ever been used was by the subscriber when visiting. It's been 5 almost 6 month's and I need roku to refund my money..

I've been trying to call and talk to some one the automated service keeps directing me to go through this I need to talk to someone to get this straight.

Check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . If you have multiple Roku devices check on each one for the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About and use that address(es) when you log in.

The only answer you'll get here is to contact support at https://support.roku.com/contactus/ for your billing issues.

  1. If this "visiting subscriber" used your system with your permission and subscribed to one or more pay channels on your account, neither Roku nor the channels will have any idea that they are anything other than YOUR subscriptions .  They have no reason to be receptive to refund requests.
  2. First priority is to cancel the subscription(s) to prevent future charges.  Easiest way for multiple channels is to log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com/subscriptions and unsubscribe from any unwanted subscriptions taken out and billed through Roku there. If the subscriptions were not made through Roku, you'll have to unsubscribe through whatever service they were made through (your bills should show you the source).
  3. While logged into your Roku account create a PIN and require it be be entered before any future purchase can be made on your Roku account.
  4. See if you can get your "visiting subscriber" to reimburse you for the payments you've made on HIS/HER account(s).
