I JUST WANT TO UPGRADE MY PEACOCK SUBSCRIPTION TO PREMIUM! WHY IS THIS SO HARD!?!?

all i want to do is upgrade to peacock premium but roku won’t let me. Why is this so hard and complicated? Just let me pay you more money!

I have to be honest, don't try to deal with Roku or any middleman when it comes to subscribing to something.  Cancel your subscription through Roku at https://my.roku.com and subscribe directly with Peacock on their website.  It's just not worth the hassle to deal with a 3rd party.
