Im having difficulty signing in to my account. On initial setup of my Roku express I typed in the wrong email. How do I change it back to my correct email? It shows me how to reset my password, but not how to change the email.

If you can change your email address on your Roku account by logging into your my.roku.com account and under the Account information section, clicking the Update button. After making the changes, select Save Changes.

I tried the suggestion, went into my account and tried to change to correct email. won't let me because account already exist.
I need customer support to put my the correct email in my account because system won't let me do it.
@mack2 If you are receiving a message that states an account already exists when trying to enter your email address, this would indicate that an account has already been established under that email address. In that case, we'd recommend using the 'Forgot your password' link to reset the password on that account, log in, and you can then transition your Roku devices over to that account. You'll factory reset your devices to remove them from the incorrect account/email address, then go through the setup process to link them to the correct account.

My son's email and payment method is logged into one of our ROKU devices and I want to change it to MY email address and payment method as he is no longer using this device. How do I change it on the device itself?
I'm not aware of anyway to change accounts without doing a factory reset: Settings->System->Advanced system settings->Factory reset
Create your own account. You'll have to re-add any channels you may have had.
I need to update my Roku tv to my email I purchased from someone else and can’t get ahold of them to get them to deactivate so I can put my account on tv how can I do this? Without losing my cable info I have installed on my tv

In order to change the Roku account that is linked to you Roku TV, you will need to perform a factory reset on your Roku TV. Then after performing the factory reset, link the Roku TV to your Roku account.
