I have been waiting for ROKU to "research" my refund since December 20. I had HBO through the Roku channel, and I responded to their email ad promotion that said if you already have HBO through the Roku channel and then convert your subscription to HBO Max through Roku, they would "make it easy" for you and give you a prorated refund on the original HBO subscription. So far, all they have done is charge me the full amount for both subscriptions, even though I subscribed to HBO Max and cancelled the regular HBO. I have opened a ticket on this with Roku but they keep saying that it is "under review" and they will get back to me with an update. It's been over 3 weeks, and nothing.
